The Challenge
ACCENT wanted to enhance their existing succession planning and leadership development
process.
It’s easy to identify people who are good at their jobs, but
our true challenge was identifying people who are ready for leadership roles.
ACCENT chose SIGMA to help them identify high potentials to fill
their leadership pipeline and promote leadership development and growth.
The Results
SIGMA helped ACCENT choose the right people for their talent development
program by:
- Testing both internal and external candidates against benchmarks for multiple
leadership positions.
- Delivering client-driven, custom selection and development reports to identify
top potential.
SIGMA is an integral component in all of ACCENT's talent development
initiatives.
The results from the LSP really helped us understand the strengths and development
opportunities of our in-house (and external) talent and how these aligned with the
required competencies needed for success in our various leadership positions. We
now feel like we have the right talent in the right places and we also have a good
understanding of where we need to focus our training efforts.
